These Software as a Service (SaaS) Terms and Conditions apply to and are incorporated into the relationship and agreement created when the customer registers to use the software. The productivity tool, is a SaaS sold by Ellivro Corporation.

Payment: Customer shall pay Ellivro Corporation the fees for the service they request based on the pricing shown on our standard pricing sheet provided to the customer via website posting/link. Monthly subscription plan will have a five(5) days grace period before they are subject to suspension and thirty(30) days (from due date) before the account is involuntarily terminated/cancelled for non-payment of subscription.
Service Availability: Ellivro Corporation will use reasonable efforts to offer reliable and consistent service availability to all customers.

Dispute Resolution: Where there is a dispute, controversy, or claim arising under, out of, or relating to these Saas Terms, the aggrieved party shall notify the other party in writing of the nature of such dispute with as much detail as possible about the alleged deficient performance of the other party. A representative from senior management shall meet in person or communicate by phone within five (5) business days of the date of written notification in order to reach agreement about the nature of the deficiency and the corrective action to be taken by the respective parties.
